The recommended solution it is to reinstall windows 10 from memory stick, but when the system asks to supply certain driver for DVD - you do not have it!- then you should put out and put in again the memory stick simply, either changing stick from USB-3 to USB-2 connector and then the diabolic issue with DVD will be sorted. This DVD driver is known to disappear on Windows 10 after an upgrade. There are no drivers that are out there that will fix it, biut there are few things that can be tried: One fix is going into the device manager and uninstalling the drive if listed under DVD/CDROM drives. Additionally you can remove SATA control devices under IDE ATA/ATAPI.
