Digital Color Meter is an open-source application that makes it easy to pick specific colors from your screen and copy their RGB or HEX codes to the clipboard. Moreover, it enables you to create a color list and copy the codes all at once.
Grab colors from your desktop effortlessly

Additionally, Digital Color Meter enables you to copy any color to the clipboard instantly by just pressing Ctrl+C, provided the application is in the foreground. When doing so, you need to specify whether the RBG or HEX code should be extracted.
Create a color list and save multiple values at once
Once you have added a color to the list, you can access it at any time and copy the HEX or RGB code, as well as only the red, green or blue value. However, it does not seem to be possible to remove individual entries.

By pressing Ctrl+L, you can copy the entire list to the clipboard, and you can specify which types of codes should be included. Unfortunately, though, the colors are not stored after shutting down the application, so make sure you remember to save the list.
